4. PRICES & PAYMENT

In such cases, we will notify you promptly and provide the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to contact you, we will consider the order cancelled.
4.2. We will dispatch the products upon receipt of cleared payment.
5. ORDER & ACCEPTANCE
5.1. You may place orders either by using the online process on the Website or by calling our Customer Services at 021 484 06 36.

6.1. We will deliver the products to the address specified by you during the order placement. Delivery to P.O. Box addresses are not possible. Pallet deliveries are not available for private houses.
6.2. We strive to deliver orders within 45 working days. However, we cannot be held responsible for stock availability at all times or for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control, such as adverse weather, traffic delays, mechanical breakdowns, or other unforeseen circumstances.
6.3. The delivery fee applicable to your order will be clearly specified during the checkout process.
6.4. Ownership of the ordered products will pass to you upon delivery, provided that we have received full payment for the products.
